John Deere 8350 Drill

Post by iB055 »

Will it make an appearance in Farming Simulator 19? Is it a current project someone is working on?

Or even a Lizard brand variation. I would love to have this style 6m drill on my small traditional farm.

Custom Modding are working on a John Deere N500C Air Seeder.
Arm Team have a Facebook if you want to get in contact with them regarding the seeder. They are planning mods for 19. I believe a lot of fans have been asking by their recent post on Facebook.

You're not missing much. That particular drill is like FS 2011 quality.

Personally I find your remark rather insulting to the Arm Team. Arm Team produce extremely high quality mods. I would like to see if you can do any better.

To be clear, I wasn't asking about that particular 8350. I was asking if an 8350 will make an appearance meaning is anyone making one. I only used the Arm Team mod as an example of what type of drill I was referring to.

I'd rather have a jd 1990 ccs air seeder 30' - 40' 15" - 7.5" spacing that would be nice

Big thanks to ARM-Team for bringing the 8350 to FS19 on consoles.

Great mod however it tends to skip. It may just be the map I'm on though as I have not used it on any others yet.

Great bit of kit. Noticed the extendable hitch bars so got 3 and made an 18m setup, drove it all to my farm only to discover it won't work unless I hire a worker, manually its impossible to turn the 2 back seeders on. Weird but at least I can get the worker to do 18m runs then take over to finish the missed bits with 1 seeder

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, tyler, but can you not switch between them like with other impements? On PS4, I believe it's triangle to tab through implements. Jist curious.

Yeah, tabbing through implements, no matter which implement you have selected it only turns front drill on or off. Can raise, lower, open covers independently on all three just cannot turn on independently. Little bit frustrating but it is what it is and I like it anyways

It's a nice drill, the level of detail isn't there like a lot of base game equipment, but it is now my current "seeder" none the less. The old logo is a nice touch. Have and option for the old yellow logo and simpler letter would have been killer.

I found this worked best at a minimum of 110HP.

Not a bad looking drill. Hopefully it gets an update soon to where it can be used without a helper. Maybe it's me, but it almost seems un-finished or un-tested.

it skips for me too. I'm on Ravenport with unmoddified fields. So it shouldn't be the maps fault. I love the mod and can't wait to use it once it gets fixed.
