Where can we download the Germany GEO mod, as I'm in desperate need of that before I start my next let's play series on the Fenton Forest 4x map.

The mods seem to be merging any thread even remotely related to seasons into this thread, making it a nightmare to follow.

If seasons is important enough that they need to take such measures to keep it from flooding the forum, perhaps it's time to open a designated Seasons section. Cramming anything seasons related into one mega thread like this is certainly not the way to go.

The screenshot shows a planting and harvesting window for cotton. I am wondering in what part of Germany that crop legitimately fits the climate. Canola I know grows fine in most of Germany.

He is specifically asking about canola and that season. Don't just skip the words over the screenshot. They are important because of a thing called context.

From mod creator:
Seeds and harvest times adapted to our German region, cotton was also added on request. If you do not like them, you can either delete them or just sow them.

I was replying to you after you stated "google says this is legit" in response to the screenshot showing the planting windows, which included cotton. What I thought I was asking you was if your research also showed that the dates for cotton shown were legitimate for some part of Germany, as it appears all the other dates actually are. Call it a spin-off question. That's what most of this thread is. I wasn't asking you about canola and I wasn't replying to the poster who asked about canola.

Sorry for the miscommunication.

Maikello thank you for posting the quote from the mod author which exactly answered my question. Either I missed that earlier in the thread, or said mod author is not participating in this thread.

To any Seasons veterans with a pig farm...

I'm raising Gloucestershire Old Spots on Oakfield with Seasons, but I have no idea at what weight and/or age I should sell them for maximum profit. I've tried searching the forum with no luck, and Google gives me ten different real life answers on the first page!

If any experienced virtual pig farmers could give me a tip I'd be most grateful.

Yes grass should grow back but it’s slow you may only few cuts per year depending on season length that’s what happened on seasons for fs17
Edit
I could be wrong but I was pretty sure I got a few more cuts when I set it 24 days

Growth would be the same regardless of season length tho...?! Since all growth is in the transition between early-mid-late spring/summer/autumn etc it doesn’t matter if you play with 3-6-9 day seasons. Someone please correct me if I’ve got that wrong.

I think you can squeeze out 2 cuts per year, but only one in the final harvestable state

I have just started with sheep(suffolk?). Had 22 before breeding and in one season it has increased with more than 20? Is this supposed to be like that?

Much more than I expected

Well, that means each of your sows had more or less one lamb each. Guess that’s not unheard of, without me actually knowing the birth rates of sheep
