Hi everyone, yesterday I tried to merge a few threads re: the plat expansion and somehow they have got lost in space. My apologies and please post in here if you want to discuss it etc.

I think I saw one of the topic somewhere here in the Canada Sky

I do have two questions regarding about pre-purchasing the Platinum DLC:

1) Is the pre-purchase bonus exclusive to the direct-from-Giants purchases or can I still get the bonus if I pre-purchase through Steam?

2) If the pre-purchase bonus is exclusive directly from Giants, can I install a DLC purchased directly from Giants and still run it on FS19 purchased on Steam?

If you have main game from Steam, it is better to get Steam version DLC-s, since they are more comfortable to install/maintain. No other differences.

Oh perfect. Thanks for replying. I guess I will pre-order the Steam version then, for the sake of simplicity.

Is there a map or new crop or animal or just the Claas stuff?
Or is it to early to know all?

No map or crop, this is exclusively for Class.

Seems like a plain old DLC not an "Expansion" unless there is more to it than just mods Giants have posted info about

There is "Claas", everybody have been waiting for this a lot of years, but not just Claas, but full Claas lineup.
Also this means finally console players can get Claas mods.
Let's say it is more valuable than just another map and crop (we got a lot of these already).

I have lots of tractors also and havent been waiting for anything except a taco truck.

Adding 35+ machinery and equipment sounds like a whole lot of expanding to me.

Guess we have a different understanding about what expanding means

Welcome back, TacoFarmer haven't seen you post in quite awhile.

Kind of a let down for me personally. I will download only because it is included in season pass but don’t anticipate using any of it. Expansions in the past has been new map and new crops. This is just more of what we already have in the game. Understand the excitement for Claas fans I’m just not one of them.

I hope in fs21 we get 2 or more new crops and maps that are a different region like Asia.

How early does one have to pre-order to get the bonus equipment and do we know what it is? Funds do not allow me to pre order at the moment, but if it's a Gator type thing I shall not bother. PC, not Steam.!
