Just relax, they´ll come slowly. A Fortschritt Pack and a Fiatagri tractor with crawler are available now.

I also have seen a Preview of future incoming Mods and Maps on YT.

Answer to first question:
Yes, if it Giants has the license and modder submits it to console testing.
