stuck silage!

Hi, I filled one of the silage pits built into Oakfield and emptied it with conveyor belts, but a pile of silage on one side would not come out.
I was hoping to fill the pit again so I thought a cultivator would delete it, and yes it did remove most of it, but it said in the help window says that there's 1900 litres remaining but the bunker looks empty. Do other people experience these issues, and it so is it fixable?

Had same problem, use landscaping tool and paint the ground, it fixed problem for me.
