I don't know who else was hoping for this, but BSM's 40 series is perfect now!
Is the sound update still a custom realistic sound or is it more computerized? That was my one concern. I liked the idle on the initial release. Maybe just me lol

I thought it's always been the custom idle :confusednew:

Besides that, i'm glad they made a config to remove the beacons. Makes it more realistic for the NA version :biggrin2:

Still the same startup and idle but much less ear-rape. I don't know how to explain it better. It sounds lovely, I think.

Y'all making me wanna tell my boss that I'm taking the rest of the afternoon off so I can hurry home and update mine lol I always thought the 40 series was a bit high pitched compared to the 4640 we had, from what i remember it sounded pretty much like our 4430, just not as flat of a tone.

The hazard lights! Nice to see pulled off. Now just waiting to see everyone else follow suit. Lol. It’s a nice distraction today. We almost lost our house in a fire yesterday.

Was hoping the challenger mt600d would of released today, but nope. Only a matter of time before I lose power and internet. Winds are starting to pick up. :sadnew: but as long as my home is okay after this hurricane I will be happy. :smileynew:

It’s all good. Everyone is ok. And everything is ok. Without going into to many details. We live in a duplex and our half is untouched.

Glad to see the 40 series from black sheep better. I no longer use them as I fell in love with the 4755-4955 models. Maybe I'll try them again...the ones I use have 53 slots maybe the 40s are less 🤔 I don't care about hazards as I use the logitech so I always have hazards 😁

Now that I'm finally home and have been able to put some time in on the freshly updated 40 series and check out all of the new stuff with it...i have to say that its gotten even better than before. I absolutely love it and commend Black Sheep Modding on a totally awesome mod.
