Chicken coop Help

How do I sell the chicken coop.

I have tried to push the sell button but it is not possible.

May need to add which map and platform you are playing on before anybody can help you.

I am playing on a PC and on the wap Ravenport.

It should appear in your garage with your vehicles and other placeables. Not sure if you need to sell all the animals in it prior to selling the animal pen?

Is this one of the stock in game chicken pens or a one from mod hub / external site?

It is the usual chicken coop.

if you have the occupied hens sell them before otherwise it should be sold and now
