John Deere Forage Harvester? How likely?

How likely are we getting a Giants made John Deere Forage Harvester? This is purely speculation and everyone's opinion. Although the "I read this from so and so" are very entertaining to read so if you have any behind the scenes knowledge, lol, please share.

Now that the Claas Jaguar is coming, Deere might want to get in on that share of the pie. But even if they do its gonna be a 980 Jag with hopefully a 9 meter corn head as my main machine.

I don't think it'll be in fs 19. There's a reason Deere initially tried to make its own gaming platform back in the day. (Drive green was what it was called) They know there in demand

There is a few DLCs left to release, but I doubt it will be John Deere one. I think you will need to wait for the next game iteration to see more JD machinery.

I voted 0% for the simple fact at the end just like Claas, I spit my coffee when I read that lol. Most people probably didnt notice

Anyway I honestly dont see it happening but who knows. They mentioned more DLC coming and with the whole game industry heading down the microtransaction rabbit hole of no return, why not another John Deere DLC or two to get some more income generated for Giants.

I only hope if we do see this happen at least consider giving us the two header adapter that cuts hemp.

I was totally against the whole microtransaction & DLC content. I miss the days of buying a game and getting the whole game. With that said, I must admit I buy the DLC stuff when it adds something to the game. Like a new crop, bale, etc.

If its just a John Deere Forage Harvester for a few bucks forget it. Thats just me!

so I have a question/statement.. looking through giants history, what is the likelihood they will revisit a brand for a second DLC? I mean.. the cover brand was JD and there was a JD DLC already.. given their history, what would a realistic likelihood be that we will see more JD released by Giants for fs19? based on what I know it seems like a very very slim chance and that may be giving too much as is

It irritates me that they called it a John Deere dlc when they was 1 piece of equipment that was John Deere. It was more of a McCormick dlc.

I'd say so. Just like with the JD cotton harvester that should've been in the base game, they'll likely milk every cent they can out of FS19 and green machines while they can.

I could see this game going the way of fortnite the way they sell skins, offer a piece of equipment like the JD forage harvester for say $4.99 or season's mod for same. If you want it pony up the $$ or go without. People will be willing to pay it and Giants makes $$ like intended. I can't believe the money people spend on fortnite and it gains no advantage what so ever , its purely cosmetic
