With the in game terrain texture edit tool, why don't we get all the terrain and foliage options?

Things such as:

Deco Foliages all of them
Water Puddle
Bushes

I think it may depend on what the map maker uses on the map.

I don't recall the default maps having this either though.

Thats because they don't have them... Although you can use the texture tool for water I think.
