Right well as we all know us console players are restricted by slots and was wondering if possible we could get any info on slot counts for the new dlc.

Edit don_apple: topic moved from german to english section.

The Combines will use more slots than the header trailers, I can't say directly who my source is on this. I don't want them to get into trouble, but lets just say, they know things.

I would hope so considering the combined are bigger and use more details ha. I would think the lexion will be around 30 to 35 slots. The xerion will be around 30 to 35 slots. The homer dlc was high slots and their jd deere are high slots.

Well Chris has said that nearer the time they will release the counts for each piece which will be a massive help, with the lexion being bigger then the ideal we will only need one on most big farms.

chances are if you are really concerned with slots, you'll be sticking to case, massey, new holland, etc. .......equipment that was brought over from fs17 as base game equipment.

Well on lone oak we actually have a decent count at the start and with running some of the modded John Deere that are 49 slots I still was under, will be looking for large combine, 2 large tractors, 2 small and a wheel loader. Should be ok with that hopefully.

You can run high slot items on maps, just not every item.

It's always been a delicate balance, just look at old stream farm when it first came out, base slot count was huge but blacksheep worked his magic and way better. Much prefer a map that has good looking buildings fixed and unsellable like Oakfield and lone oak. Proof good maps don't need massive slot counts

How much slots is the Old Stream after the update? I love the map, i don’t want to start a new savegame because of all the progress i made 🙈

Yep, basically the slotcount might still change and i'd rather post them once and then they are correct for launch than having to adjust them every week anew.

Two reasons for that:
a) I don't want to update the slotcount all the time.
b) People might start to remember a specific slotcount and not always check if there's an update on the slotcount.
