The Old Farm Countryside Dealership gate

Is anyone else having a problem with the gate at the vehicle shop not opening or even a trigger showing? I am so glad for this last update for consoles with the addition of the 3 crops, but I can only work with provided equipment as new purchases are stuck.

** UPDATE **
The same problem exists in all 3 modes. Kind of kills the map.

There is a notice board on the left of the entrance to the dealership containing the Dealership opening and closing times. If I remember they are open from 9am to 7pm only.

The shop and certain sell points have business hours. iirc the shop opens at 9 a.m. there should be a sign on the gate to the left tell open/close hours.
