Switch to the most updated map without losing progress?

:chinese: Hello, Farmers. Would you like to know how to switch to the same map version, updated without losing my progress on the map from the previous version? :hi:
Player and eternal lover of the farm since Version 11
I always played Farm, pelp PC. :hi:

Just copy over the XML files
Don't leak mods

Copy over the save game xmls (not the mod xmls)
Playing on PC
