Real Life Numbers mod

I just discovered this mod and it looks pretty amazing. What I read so far it really makes the game a real life simulator. I am in the process of studying the manual but in the mean time I would like to know what people who use this mod think of it.

Maybe some highlights of what it does would be also helpful. How is it interfere with Seasons? Would you start a new save or you can just activated in your current saves?
