Other things to do then "farm"

Recently I was playing FS19 and noticed that other than farming there is really nothing to do. Sure I could cut down trees or maybe ride my horse but does that not feel like the same old thing. And while playing on Lone Oak I found myself going to the little lake and standing (because we all know we cannot sit on objects) and this got me thinking how about being able to camp in fs19 or even a camp placeable or camper but because I'm on xbox I really dont have those options :this: . So that got me thinking what does the Farm sim community do besides farm to unwind in this virtual world.

Which you cannot do on console… But that is okay since we don't have winter as well.

I think this thread is into something, well on pc its a lot more to do than on consoles. But what i miss the most for consoles is that we should have a sawmill that actually worked. Stuff in logs and out came the pallets of materials that could have been sold for a higher price. This is just one thing that would give a lot more to do.
But, what can we do now? Maybe produce pallets of potatoes or beets? A bit more work to it than sell them in bulk. A sure thing is contracting, gives a lot to do but still its farming stuff. So yes, what should be different? The log handling ...

Got to be honest... I don't really understand this thread. There is nothing to do except farm. Am I missing something here!

^ That would keep folks buissey, atleast if you're doing all fodder inhouse :)

But selling 'tatoes in crates would really keep you ocupied for a few extra minutes every delivery :)
Also, don't ever sell logs, allways chip them. What i do when logging, is i use a chainsaw to cut them down, and trim them and cut to size, then i use a trailer ( stepa or the anderson one) to haul the logs out to stage two, where i have a chipper set up (Big trees i use the Jenz HEM 583 Z (with cab), smal i use the Heizomat), and make piles of woodchips. Then i use a loader to fill trailers, and drive to deliveries :)

I have cows, chickens, sheep, horses, as well as an arable farm. I'm always doing chores and every day, I'm doing something different. For example, one day I could be spraying all my fields with roundup, then the next day I'm mowing getting ready for hay, then the next I'm baling and stacking bales. All while that's going on, I'm feeding my cows twice a day, and exercising my horses. Timescale on 5x, and growth turned off, until I'm personally ready to move to the next stage of the season. In 2 and a half months of real life, I've gone through about half a year in game time as far as plant growth if I was simulating seasons.
