After the way 19 started out in the first 6 months I don't think anyone will be crying if they take a little longer this time around. Personally I'm not holding my breath, although I look good in blue. Hopefully they won't wait til the last dlc is out before starting on 21.

I'm 99% sure it will be free for both PC and console players, even if only because as far as I know third-party DLCs aren't allowed on consoles.

Exactly, and i doubt that giants would put it for sale anyways, cause if they do, it wont be included in the season pass

Cities skylines there is, they are called content creater packs where a user makes the dlc, we pay for it but some of it goes to the creater

It was a bit quiet about add-on "Straw Harvest", this is due to it being tested for PC and consoles at the moment. Especially console testing takes some time as the add-on comes with lots of new features. We want to be sure to provide a fully functional error-free add-on for all platforms. Because of this and due to a release rescheduling the release will was moved to end of first or beginning of second quarter 2020.

Patiently waiting...
