OK, now I understood what you meant with your question. One the first screenshoot there are the actual prices at the game time. For example let's say is Sunday and is 14:00 and hay and straw has varius prices. At 15:00 you will see those prices to be different. Now, at the economy screenshot you see the Economy information.
I quote from Realismus Modding seasons's manual economy page :
" Prices
The prices of products change realistically during the year, based on supply/demand dynamics that occur in the real world. When something is in high supply, the prices will be lower. When something is in high demand, the prices will be higher. Supply and demand is now not only local for your savegame but acts more as if your farm is in an actual country with other farms. For example, the prices of firewood will increase in the winter due to higher demand, and the prices of wheat will decrease at the end of autumn due to higher supply "
" Economy information
In your first year, simulated data is shown. The price will roughly follow this. So you can see when the best time is to buy or sell. Every day, the price is updated, so for next year you can use the price information of the year before."

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.
Happy Farming
Yes, I had previously read the manual on the realismusmodding website. If you see the first scheme of the screenshot you will see that the prices are reversed. They confused hay pellets with straw pellets. If you see the straw pellet symbol there is a price of 2,404. That price should be hay pellets and not straw pellets. During the year, straw pellets hardly exceed the price of 2,000.
For me there is an error to be corrected in the next update.
Using Seasons
OK so the bale shredder will shred hay bales from any baler.
The Premos will only pick up dry grass but not hay.
How is this even possible?
Also what gives more pellets, baling and shredding or directly Premosing the swaths?
