Snow on highways?

Does anyone know why snow does not accumulate on the highways in any of the maps? It see it does on the side/dirt roads. This question is for console. Thanks!

on Sussex I had snow on some Streets that are better than side/Dirt roads. What are Highways?

I guess it is up to the map-author which road will be covered with snow.
from a real-life-view: The most important roads are cleared as soon as possible. The german Autobahn will be worked as soon as the first snowflakes hit the Ground. the same goes for important roads, that are not the Autobahn. Some small Streets which are only used by the People how live there are last.
So from this view it is understandable, why some Streets on those Maps are covered and some not.

To get maps ready for seasons, the trees and bushes must use the texture system of FS19 and the mapper must paint a seasons mask to mark areas where no snow should accumulate, like silos, input triggers, reset areas and so on. It seems many also want the main roads to be free of snow, which is why there are basically no roads with snow on it.
