When to sell animals for meat

Hi!

Question from a no farmer in real..

I would like to know when to sell (in Kg) Salers, Limousine for maximum meat ? I actually sell at 300kg

Same for chickens? How many Kg for best parts of the animals ? I sell a 3.2Kg

For pigs it’s ok I think it’s between 100-150 Kg.

I googled it too and and it’s write that’s Salers can be sell at 900 Kg. I don’t test if it’s the same with seasons and when animals die of old age

What happens if you keep the cows or pigs and let them grow heavier?

Does the price start to go down?

Or is the price lower/kg?

Has anyone tried this?

(Yes, I know they will give offspring if you keep them longer)

Yes the price will eventually go down. I think at one point they stop growing as fast but still eat as much food. So you have to look at how much it will take to feed them extra if you want to keep them compared to making an extra like ten bucks. And once they get to a certain point the price drops. I know because I forgot about a pig in one of my pens and he was much heavier but worth less. Must be because of too much fat on him

In game if you want a quick way of changing from kg to lbs swap the speed from kmh to mph.
