Are there big maps and fields for Playstation?

I don't know, unless they changed the map layout drastically from what they have already shown, most of the fields are going to be medium sized. The layout had 14 total fields and 3 or 4 are what I would consider big

Flat map has no fields so you can make your own gigantor ones. Plows would be too small slow but there is that mod pack that has in game cultivators create fields. The 80 foot Flexi-Coil is in there.

Pretty sure that mod pack isn't available on consoles unfortunately. It would be great if it was though.
