I cannot buy chickens at all since this game came out. Is there any way to transport them?

Chickens cannot be transported, so they cannot be purchased from animal dealer. You need to go to your chicken pens loading area there you can purchase/sell chickens

Base game charges you for transport of chickens but if you use seasons mod the transport fee is removed, I believe this is also the case on the RDCFS19 map without seasons
