Fillable fuel tank by missyb update

It says there is a update for it in modhub but the patchnotes are the same so what changed? I personally have not had a problem since 1.2.

I already have 1.2 it was the last update. I reported a trigger issue in initial release that missy fixed in that update.

@livesea, the update is a very small update needed to be done, to increase performance other back end stuff, there will be a major update later next month, which have all the details in there when released. I am working something that may/not work.
