First of all, this is a fantastic map. I tried it a few days ago and because of how complicated it was I didn't continue, but over the weekend I watched the SealyP video on it and it is now my new favorite map.
There is so much to do on it. I almost made Sussex my primary map awhile ago but because I thought it was a little too cartoonish for me, I was torn about giving up details for things to do on the map. In the end the lack of details made me go with maps like Lone Oak and Marwell over Sussex. This map is the perfect combo of things to do and detail. It is a lot of fun to drive around on and farm the fields, etc. This map has the capability to keep you playing for many hours - it took me a few hours to even explore the map.
To those who just saw the slot count and deleted it, that's pretty insulting to the map creator - you're the reason map modders are making such boring maps. My question is why do you need so many slots anyway? You don't need to own every piece of equipment in the store - a quick method to keep slot count down is just lease and return and cheat in the difference when the leasing costs start exceeding the would be purchase price. But I rarely even have to do that, you can own quite a bit of equipment before you hit the slot count limit. To summarize, there are plenty of slots, and with how many details this map has, I am actually surprised how low it is. I just hope the map creator doesn't go slash all kinds of details to get it super low. If you want slots go play on Flatmap found on modhub under basicAF.
The starting farm is great - all kinds of storage and places to park everything. I started on the one up on the hill, and so far there is nothing that has made me think I would have rather built my own (coming from a guy who always builds his own).
There is so much to do and it is so peaceful to play on, I don't see myself moving on from this map for a long time.
Here are a few cons, and I know that people are going to get stuck on these, but really, they are not that bad:
The map gets stuck every couple hours on a minute before the 15 minute mark, so like at 12:44, or 1:29. It's so weird, I think it is because the map is loading the growth stages or something - not really sure. It can get pretty annoying at times, as it freezes for like 20 seconds every 3 hours or so of in game time (at anything above 5x it can be really annoying). This also really makes sleeping pretty bad as it can take like 3 minutes or more just to sleep through the night. I'm not really sure what the deal is but I hope it can be fixed.
I might not be doing the factory right, but it takes a long time to move the flour bags into a trailer one at a time, and they don't sell for very much. I tried the container, but I couldn't lift it up once there were a few flour bags in it - not really sure what the solution to this is, for now I am just carrying the flour bags one by one out the door.
Key takeaways: great map, give it a chance and see what you think - it takes a little patience at first imo because of how much is here, but worth the initial exploration. There are a few kinks that will need worked out, but considering it was just released, I hope this is expected and tolerable. Also, when exploring the map, be sure to check out the river that comes down from the second farm up on the mountain - such a cool area. I will have to get horses and hike the trails up there. Thanks ShabaFS, 5 stars, solid map.

Good afternoon. First of all, thanks for the positive comments on the map, in general they outweigh the negatives. I'm glad to see the map like it, even if the ratings show otherwise, since we tend to show our discomfort before the thanks.

With regard to the errors that you comment, well I am working on them, although it would not come more than you put some screenshot.

thanks greetings

I won't be able to place a screenshot - it would just look like a regular screenshot. I can try to figure out what is causing it perhaps, by getting rid of my mods for one thing and seeing if it's a conflict. I guess I shouldn't have blamed the map before trying some things to see if it was even the map at all. I use all my mods on all my other maps, so I just expected them all to work.
As far as the issue goes, it just freezes for like 10 seconds every like 2 or three in game hours at one of the 15-minute marks, so like 2:59, 4:14, 5:29, or 7:44 etc (examples - not actual times). I don't really see the pattern of how many hours it goes before it freezes, I think it has to do with growth stages or something.
Funny story: I thought beets made compost so I went out on a huge leverage limb and bought a beets harvester and a truck only to arrive at the compost plant to see the sign that showed beets weren't accepted. Now I am on the brink of financial ruin. I will be eating these beets soon to stay alive haha.

"Too many animal pens, remove some first" message appears when trying to place. Even when I don't own any of your pre placed animal pens.

If this could be fixed, I would be grateful. I like to separate the young animals into their own pens.
Thank you
I have been looking at this that you comment and owning the cow pen and the chicken coop pre-installed on the map, I have been able to place 4 new cow pens on the map.

@shabaFS, your compost plant would make a fantastic mod on its own btw. I'm not sure if you've already considered it, and I heard Mr SealyP say something about it as well.
