Manure vs Synthetic Fertilizer

IRL we spread all synthetic fertilizers (even if the neighbor gave us some manure). Dry fertilizer twice in the spring, and once in the fall. We put liquid fert/weed killer throughout the year. Usually we put nitrogen on before planting, but last year we side dressed our corn.
