Should be fine on medium to high settings
FS13 - Xbox 360
FS15 - Xbox 360/Xbox One
FS17 - Xbox One
FS19 - PC

PC specs: i5-8600k, M22 Kraken AIO cooler, 16GB ddr4 ram, RTX 2070 Super, 256 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD

With a Walmart PC the first question should be will it start up?

600+ and only 4 gigs of memory I would pass. Giants recommends 4gb minimum.

It's got 8 gigs of memory and 4 gigs of graphics card memory. Which memory were you referring to? Motherboard RAM or graphics card RAM?

Reffering to ram not graphics vram. They way description was worded I thought 4gb was ram. To me it seems a little over priced still, but better value than the one sitting in my local walmart for 645 and a 570 card.

I am also a bit of a stickler and want to build my next pc not buy. AMD is coming out with some more cpu in the AF line that are very budget friendly.
