Re: John Deere 40 Series?
I am sorry I haven't heard anything on a 4020.
1300 acre farm, finish out just about 10,000 hogs a year, 200 cattle, and xbox one and pc user.

Re: John Deere 40 Series?
It's not something plenty of oldies will download either. Personally I'd much prefer more focus on older MF stuff than JD, but that opinion will probably change from person to person and what they grew up with. I'll probably download it if it's good though.
That said, I won't download an old JD just because it's an old JD. BSM's trend of the last couple of years has been to put out as many mods as possible that cater to as many people as possible, and that's not always been a good thing. His work looks more basic than other modder's original work, and while that's understandable for some, I know that BSM is better than that and just wish he'd spend a little more time on the finer details.

You may be surprised....my 8 year old keeps asking when the old john deere is going to be out. But I voted before taking into consideration seasons. But I think it will be very popular
Re: John Deere 40 Series?
Well on mine and my dads farms when we have an opportunity to we plan on getting a 4840 or 4955 jd to replace the older 1566 ih

I know that Giants probably won't make a gravity wagon, but I love to read the responses.

Re: John Deere 40 Series?
I reckon it will be with in the top ten, but I don't think it will the most downloaded mod. I'll probably get it for my ninghan farms save for an Australian feel. These tractors sold in their 1000's here in Australia, so I think it's worth a look.
G'day from Australia
Fiatagri, the Italian stallion
PC has finally won me over, back to 17 now, Western Shore.
- Ford TW35
- Massey Ferguson 148
- New Holland 110-90
- Claas Dominator 88s
The farm focuses on Milk production, with cereals, grass silage and potato’s on the side for some extra income, whilst running a multitude of modern classics.

It's nice feeling like I'm not alone!
Re: John Deere 40 Series?
Does it make a diffrence if it's most downloaded mod or not..looking at it this way how many of the people that install it will actually use it,I'll install it but only for a look, have no plans on using it like loads of other tractors I installed but never even used.

Well you know there is more in te world than just JD thankfully. But it seems all that's being introduced is JD wich is a shame.

Well it was new equipment allowed on console. Plus, there is a lot more jd stuff that could come that isn't in the game yet. There are a lot of fendt, case, and new Holland as well. I wouldn't say one brand is dominating another one.

Re: John Deere 40 Series?
I think a lot more people will want a classic John Deere than seasons.chedly_farms wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 5:40 am I did in fact forget about seasons when I made the poll/posed the question.
Everyone on this forum uses seasons, but in general I think most players are more casual.
