I don't know quite what you're asking, but yes it is on console. They just released another mod to go with it-the straw pellets heating plant.

It was mentioned sometime recently, but make sure you click in L3 (left stick) the first time you visit mod hub to show all mods. If you haven't already! By default it is set to only show top mods.
