Yeah, but half the time I forget to turn it back on. I switched to a weeder, so I want to catch the weeds early. They pop up as fast as seed goes into the ground...

Thanks all. I was playing vanilla set at 5x time and fast growth and I couldn't keep up with my 3 fields. I'm now playing Seasons set at 3 days per season.
