Volume of hay or straw pellets

Is there a difference on how many pellets you get between picking up the windrows straight out of the field with the Primos or baling then shredding the bales in the Primos?

If it behaves like standard grass or straw, then you should get same when its windrowed, but you get it faster, just like real life.

There's no differences. The bales just have 4000 liters of the swaths in a compacted space, but are essentially the same.

Only difference is the Primos doesn't seem to want to collect every last bit of the swath in a field. Baling is obviously way quicker in terms of collection so allows you to turn the field over sooner but then you have to go through the monotony and frustration of loading bales onto the shredder later if you want pellets.
