How to change the type of crop to seed in PS4? Farming Simulator 19

I just have no idea on how to change the type of crop to seed. How can I do this? Which control I have to use on my ps4 joystick?
Can anybody help me?

I think it is L1 and triangle

If help menu is showed in left top corner, you also can see there what options you have.
First select implement with triangle, with L1 or R1 you can see the different options.
Select crops can be done with L1 + triangle

Enable Help Window until you've learned the controls.
But yeah, it's L1+Triangle with the controller, button 9 on the Side Panel.
