I always play organic in fs. For me using chemicals even virtual is non acceptable. To be honest it's nothing hard and special to be organic farmer in fs, but it's much fun and enjoyable. So go for it.

Farming organically in fs19 it's not just using manure instead of solid fertiliser and not to spray. You can simulate transition period and start on hard economy than after first year go to normal. After second year you will be fully certified and you switched to easy economy.

So what in FS is not organic? Just solid/liquid fertilizer and herbicide and that's it?

Basically yes. That's why it's so simple in fs to be organic farmer. Still you're free to use your imagination to make it more difficult and fun.

I'll let the real world farmers here now.. Just turn of weeds and you're good ;D..

I'm using oilseed radish to apply a fertilizer step, and in last game tried to get enough manure to do the other two, but that takes quite a bit of manure, so using some solid fertilizer currently at least..

Until the animals have filled the poop pile, you can always make some silage and take it to the BGA, and get free fertilizer - digestate - that's pretty organic too.

I’ve started an organic save on Greenwich valley on easy mode (sorry) just to simulate better prices for organic crops.constant fertilising gets on my nerves tbh so I thought I’d try something different. Oh not using lime either just cover crop, slurry and manure
