Slurry spreader flow rate

Post by Jonhinkerton »

Are ther any console-available slurry spreaders known to have slower flow rates to allow for lower total usage per acre? Even with 50 cows I am lucky to cover a field or two every year.

Not that I know of. Usually modders stick to the default rates.
Quite shortly after release I tried to convince Giants to increase slurry/manure production for cows and pigs. I also felt it is way too low to be really usefull.
As you found out by yourself, you need a ridiculously high amount of animals to cover a decent field area. I calculated a factor of 2.5 needs to applied to provide a good amount of slurry/manure.
But Giants did not want to change it.

I'm thinking tankers with injectors have the juice last longer, but I could be wrong. I just try to use it all up as quickly as I can.

I know that Giants probably won't make a gravity wagon, but I love to read the responses.
