Germany upper Barvaria

The Germany Upper Barvaria mod will not delete. You click uninstal and it it says it is successfully Uninstalled but then reappears again after you back out of mods and go back in. Plz fix this!

You do know that if there is an update for the mod and it isn't loaded it won't disappear don't you?
Playing on a PS4 & PS4 Pro.
Added a PC at Christmas time.
