I'm with you on this.Yeahrightio wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 10:15 am The Claas dominator 108 so maxi takes the cake for me. It's a good size for the price.
Mind you, I'm also going with NH CR 10.900 -- mostly because the farmer next to me has just started on barley with his CR 9.900 -- I'm just a kid at heart!

The Mega, with either the Geringhoff Harvest Star or the Cressoni CRX 6 meter header on it.
I've been using the megas over several fs games, with the Harvest star header, it's a good allround harvester. Only when, the few times, i do massive farming do i go up ( like on westen australia and it's like).
Love using a decent size combine that's a bit older.

If they would have made a US version available for the Claas Lexion in the DLC that was put out, I honestly think that would have been my favorite. My favorite though would be the S790 from JHHG with 36" tracks.

That is the American version now. I saw that exact convince this year. There is no more of black and yellow.
1300 acre farm, finish out just about 10,000 hogs a year, 200 cattle, and xbox one and pc user.

From Basegame or DLC I'd pick the Claas Lexion, love the look of it and the large capacity it can hold.
From ModHub:
Case IH Axial-Flow 240 Series, been using that in my current YouTube Series with my odd ensemble of Case Equipment, as had never done a Case Equipment series before.
John Deere S790, despite JHHG being an known mod thief, these combines got released on the ModHub so we may as well use them, and the S790 with it's configuration options to increase the capacity, makes it useful to use on them large fields when you don't want to unload constantly.
Other notable mods from elsewhere:
Tribine from Expendables Modding, it's definitely a unique looking and sounding machine, I'd almost consider it the Big Bud of Combines.
John Deere S790 US Spec from Custom Modding (which for people keeping count they did release long before JHHG released his.)

I actually knew this, that the old black and gold color scheme was going to be retired and wouldn't be used in the new combines. What I was referring to was the striped red & white signs and not having a version with the North American warning triangles available.Illinois Farmer wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 4:11 pm That is the American version now. The one I saw last year had that same warning sign. It was exactly the same.

Interesting! I have not actually seen one yet where I'm at in North Dakota.

Here is the link to the combine details from the Claas of America website though, and all of their promotional videos as well show them without the diagonal red and white warning signs.
Edit*
And here's a link from an article last fall showing the 8900 with US warding triangles.

Interesting reads. I just know the guy that had it leases everything and it had the red and white warning stripes.
