Hud display/speedometer

On console, can anyone explain what the blue bar is to represent on the speedometer? I was late switching over from 17 and cannot pinpoint what that is for. First I thought it was to do with rpm but notice it fluctuates when working the fields. Is it a traction meter? If so should it be far to the right when traction is highest?

Is not only on console but on PC as well. The blue bar is the RPM meter, I mean RPM of the engine.

Maybe I am wrong....but reason I posted was it seems as though when I plow if I notice the wheels spinning then that blue bar gets smaller. I dont drive farm equipment but shouldn't rpms be going up if you are losing traction? I get the impression that it's for something else or not corresponding accordingly, at least from my perspective.

Without mods, isn't it just an analog speedometer?

I just test it with TSX_EnhancedVehicle, blue bar is definately RPM meter. TBH is not very accurate, because the faster you drive the more RPM you have, which is wrong, but the game is Farming Simulator, not driving simulator

I think its a speedometer? Seems that way without mods - but a speedometer relative to the ground - if you lose traction your relative speed goes down, but your vehicles speedometer would actually increase as the wheels are rotating faster

It’s an analog speedometer. RPMs are displayed to the left of your digital speed readout

Yeah definitely a speedometer, the blue is more likely a UI option in order to follow it easily without actually looking directly at it.
