i would say that would really depend on Giants if they are considering the Alpine Expansion as one of the DLC's or not so guess we will see in time.

That doesn't say no more DLCs. It only list what you get with the Premium Edition. If they believe afterwards that another DLC would be viable, there's nothing to stop them from making one.
that is true it doesn't and why they have it worded as well with Apline Farming Expansions and 8 DLC'S meaning the Expansion isn't being considered a dlc as well.

One thing is for sure, the premium is cheap as....
bought individually :
Base game 24,99
Alpine exp - 19,99
Kverneland - 14,99
Bourgault - 7,99
Platinum / Claas - 19,99
Cotton dlc - 4,99
Anderson - 9,99
Gator 2,99
For the total of 105,92 : you save 53,93 buying the premium on console and save a whooping 63,93 Euro on pc

Figures aren't right.
Ps4 base game 59.99 and only way to get the gater is to have ps plus (120, 100, or 60 a year) but plus works for all games on playstation so hard to factor that one in. Giants at first was a pre order bonus only but then made it a dlc for 1.99 I think. But to be fair the free dlc maybe should be included also.

Edit: shoot, sorry forgot this about new premium edition.
Let's get some cows!
FS17 a few hundred hours on pc, 920 ps4
FS19 2660 hrs ps4/ps5
FS 22 [ps5] 1070 hrs [pc] 60 hrs

What you could is have the premium edition for single player and multiplayer and have your normal one for a dedicated server
