Gotta question regarding Lone oak and animals...

Post by Electsilver8 »

I have horse stables and cows and everyday I get charged animal upkeep twice. I dont remember getting that twice a day before. I do have the global company active and happy animals.

Once for global company horse helper and once for happy animals to do it again? Maybe try to disable horse helper and see if it only charges once

I'll try that, thanks.

Also, when is a good time to sell Limousin cows? How long do they live?

10 years, but after awhile they start eating more than they are worth. I believe optimal weight is somewhere around 1200-1400 lbs. You can check the best time to sell them in the economy tab on the Seasons menu

Thanks for the replies. I turned horse helper off and now it only charges me for 1 animal upkeep instead of 2.

Although you see two charges for animal upkeep, they're actually for different services. Happy Animals doesn't take care of horse training. It's ok to run Happy Animals and a horse trainer together, e.g., GC's.
