Horses issue

Have a problem with horses, first on little norton, now on West newton. Horses appear like vehicles when purchased.. you can tab to them. Also they dont appear back in the stable when ridden so cant be cleaned... and if you try to sell them via the trigger point, it says they cant be sold as currently in use.... anyone any ideas?. Have tried it with no mods installed as well...

Edit: seems to be an issue on a few maps I tried, including greenwich valley, which I never used to have a problem with
