Water for cows

Post by Kevinb »

Is there any way other than a tanker to keep the water topped up on Xbox. In 2020 I'm pretty sure it's not done with a tanker.

Pipes, like the animal extension on pc.
1300 acre farm, finish out just about 10,000 hogs a year, 200 cattle, and xbox one and pc user.

By having a trough with a water pipe connected to it.

Season's has the water pump but you still have to top it off with a tanker and IRL alot of farms still use water tanks to water cattle I've seen them here in South Alabama
Love farming simulator I play on the Xbox series x orangebeach Alabama

Mister, that's only for pc.
Bobby, yeah I could see that especially if you have the pasture far from a well. Around here everyone has some sort of water system set up that you don't need to tank in water.

I feel like after weeks of hauling water I would put a water line in myself there’s no way hauling can be cheaper in the long run

I put the 15% pump, a standing water pipe, and park the 8000L trailer in the right spot. The pump keeps the cows alive and whenever I want to top off, I hitch up, start the overfill, and start filling the trailer simultaneously. When done, the water for the cows and the tank are full.

I haven't tried the little 2000L tank but I bet it would work fine.

Cheers!
