Safe to change geo?

Is it safe to change a seasons geo? I have a 30 hour save but don’t really like the geo I’m currently using. Is it safe to change it?

I did it the last day of winter and it worked fine.

last day of winter and advise not to have any winter crops in but if they line up with new geo should be fine
