I want to start an old themed save game. What are the maps you would recommend?

Welker Farms handles 2-3m equipment very well.

I can't leave you hanging like that. I would seriously suggest Campaign of France from Blacksheep. It's very nice map IMO. And it's nice and small for older equipment.

Pc or console? Pc try Westby by tired iron modding, or old timers farm.

I'm currently doing just that on New Woodshire. Well, I guess mine's a mixture of older tractors and newer equipment. The map has a nice blend of small to medium fields, lots of hills, and nice scenery. I set up my farm directly in the center where you own field 2.

The Valley the Old Farm and The Old Stream Farm are two other great maps from Blacksheep Modding that have an old-school feel to them.

No man's land start from scratch mercy farms has some new small fields. Most eu/uk maps are small and smaller equipment work well there

The Old Stream Farm is a perfect playground for small equipment. Equipment resets to the farm as a bonus.

Technically it could handle that size equipment well, just might take a long time.

Kolonia 1990 feels pretty old-ish to me. Its one of my favorites that seems underappreciated. Its a polish map with small fields. Has custom ground, crop and grass textures. I really like the grass there. Lol

🤣🤣.

I'd say meadowgrove myself. It's due for a major update soon, but it's got small enough feilds and it has that old equipment vibe about it.
