Ow that's nice. Can't wait for this map. But no hurry, keep pumping that creativity in it till you're satisfied.

Just keeping you in the loop; for a few nights I have focused on road barriers and bridges. Can happily report there's few left now! That's a big step forward!

Sweet! Did you have a nice Easter in Rennebu? Perfect way to get some inspiration. Keep it up following your updates with great interest
Re: [Video] Rennebu map WIP presentation
Didn't get to go out so much because of terrible weather, though we got to visit a farm and have a look at the animals and buildings together with my wife and kids. They had a blast looking at and feeding the animals, I had a blast shooting reference photos.
Here's a few from the latest
Got a custom soil map for Rennebu in now. It's based on height above the river, and the flowlines/erosion in the area. Don't know if that's how it works, but that's what I made.

Wow...looks awesome.
I have one question: Is the terrain (mountaints, forests) within the map all accessible? Can you go visit all those lakes?

Re: [Video] Rennebu map WIP presentation
The simple answer is; yes.
The long answer; I need to make the waterplanes then.
I will not spend much time detailing and making the locations exceptionally beautiful though as they're not part of what the map is really focused on. They are also above the treeline, so it's really just a wasteland up in the mountains.

The more I see you post updates about this map, the more I get excited about it. Looks amazing. I don't usually play non US maps but will definitely check this out when it releases!

I know that this will be my home in FS22. Really, really looking forward to it! You have done a fantastic job with this map.

That's really nice to hear thomson!
I've spent some hours the past few days with water and rivers. Both making the water mesh, making the areas look nicer than they did, and.. I have quite a bit left, but I'm getting to a point where I'm satisfied with the look even though I'm cutting corners wherever I can.
