Silo blanket stuck

I'm having problems with the silo blanket. It opens up just to a certain point, and then gets stuck there. This has happened for me now, a couple of times on different maps. Now latest on map Bessy Beneath. It freezes the silo for the cow stable and it's a bit frustrating after many hours of building up the farm. And then be forced to abandon it and start over on another map.

Does anyone have any idea what could be done? Is there a way to reset the silo, so you can at least start refilling it?

It never opens all the way. Just partly until you take out the silage. The more you take out, more it opens.

Yes. But after emptying it about half way, the blanket freezes.

Have you tried opening it on the other end ?
If its happened on different maps, sounds like some sort of mod conflict

It's a one end silo.

Yes, perhaps. But it doesn't happen all the time. On some maps it works fine.

It was possible to open it up in the other end, even though it is one end silo.

Thanks for the tip! Just hoping it's possible to empty it completely when I reach the front end

A quick thought, if you can't dig out your silo from the front after opening the back, try using one of the excavator mods and dig directly from the back.
