is there a shrub remover ?
tired of so many shrubs

If you're on PC/Mac you can use the following mod.

Or you can use the landscape painting tool and paint grass over the areas and this will remove the bushes and flowers. Needs a map with the ability to paint growable grass though.

You could also plow them under and plant grass.
