Animal sales

I’m guessing this has been talked about already but I missed it. Has giants discussed the sales of animals and when you go back into your animal screen the numbers are all wrong. So I have pigs 1 through 10 they all had babies I sell 50 pigs 11 to 50. When you go back into the animal screen, pigs 1 through 10 are no longer there. I get it if you restart the game everything comes back normal but just seems to be a pain in the butt
