I like the new tree textures, but I will nevertheless not buy it.
Like to play on bigger 4x maps with bigger equipment, so this map is nothing for me.

I will get it as I have season pass, however I would buy it if I didn't. I think it is the best DLC so far for FS19 and worth the price.
Have been so excited all day at work waiting to come home and check it out as it is the 12th here. Major disappointment when I realised Australia is a day ahead so now I have to wait till tomorrow. On a positive note I only have to wait till 1am and I have no work tomorrow, so I guess I will stay up all night and farm those Alps.

I've been looking forward to it, and as things have transpired, I'm not within 100km of my PC, so I have to wait until tomorrow evening to get my Alpine Farming on.

I am. Ordered the "Premium Edition" to get te Artbook as well.
price is a little high, but expected when it contains a map.
looking forward to the cabless Bührer tractor, the electric tractor, the unitrac, and the Böckmann trailer.
I really like to have a wide variety of brands in the game. It keeps it fresh imo.

I also like to play different kinds of equipment for different maps.
I play big equipment like Bourghault on Welker farms map, mid size on Sandy Bay and I'll be playing small equipment on the hills in Erlengrat.

I have it. Pre-ordered it a while ago.
Was really looking forward to it and now I'm playing it, I'm having a blast.

Build my own farm on a flat piece of grass and ready to rumble in silence with the electric tractor :)

Nope. All the equipment is redundant with stuff I don't use already and there aren't any new features that are being added that would translate over to other maps. I'd pay $5 for this DLC at most. For $20, it should bring Courseplay and GPS features to the game.

Pre-ordered it.

And today checked all the stuff and i think it is worst DLC so far. Like in FS17 i did not like the last ROPA DLC, i think this
DLC has most equipment i am not going to use. Since, we already got lot of similar equipment as mods and they are too small,
i prefer bigger stuff.
I first thought i am going to like the map and electric tractors, but now i found
out that there is only one electric tractor and it is too small for any real job. Map is too boring, empty, bad quality borders and this
feature you can see inside the houses looks more bad than i thought. Map is not bad, nice scenery, but overall just mediocre.

Only thing i really like is Bührer 6105 and small electric tractor in this DLC.

Overall: still a good DLC, but not good as the others. Worth a buy!

EDIT: what this deal with the farm house? It is so big that it is for like 20 people could live there :hmm:

I'm almost the opposite Ekan, I'm more interested in the map than the equipment lol

Won the DLC from a competition by Farmer Klein, very glad I got the opportunity to be a part of that and receive the DLC. I played it some last night, and the map is looking really good. I feel like Alpine maps in FS are some of the best looking maps in FS19. No need for a fancy map border when the border is the adjacent mountain ranges lol

I hope sales of this DLC do really well and that it is a successful release for Giants. I personally don't have any interest in the equipment items it brings or the new map. I was a bit disappointed when I saw what this DLC was going to focus on. Hopefully it's a hit with other players and some good revenue flows to Giants.

Won't buy until it goes on 70%+ sale.

why?

First, I know that it will have bugs (that's normal), but Giants will ignore most of them
Second, no equipment catch my attention, so I won't probably use any.
Third, no interest in EU maps.

SO clearly, this DLC will please some players, but that's not for me.

I will follow all topics regarding it, to see how many bugs there's on and how Giants will react....I hope i'm wrong and they will change my mind regarding their (almost invisible) customer support...
