Pre-spraying question?

Post by texasplowboy »

I know this is going to sound silly to ask seeing I have close to 3000hrs playing but here goes. Is it possible anyway to pre-treat/spray for weeds before they actually start to grow with the AI? I know I can do it manually. Maybe a mod or something. Thanks.

I think even if you do once you then put crop in the ground it resets it.

That's what I've found, spray then plant weeds appear spray after planting zero weeds I guess it mirrors real life pre emergence spraying.

Welllllllllllll I wish so much that mirrored real life....... As a real life farmer who routinely uses pre-plant, pre-emerge, multiple in-crop, pre-harvest, and post-harvest herbicide treatments, I need to suggest nothing is that simple, and there are zero guarantees of when or if at all a weed control option will actually work.

I meant that in game it mirrored pre emergence spraying, not that in real life you only have to spray once I've been in and around agriculture for 45+ years and have yet to see the magic one pass does all spray
