"Follow" cruise control

Maybe i'm wrong, but if I remember correctly, there was, in FS17, a key (i think it was 3) that "copy" the cruise control speed of the implement/harvester you were following.

That was pretty handy for Forage Harvesting, when I was driving a tractor.

I'm I missing something or this option doesn't seem to be available in FS19?

It must've been a mod. I don't remember that ever being in the base game.
