Can we remove rocks from the map?

Hey y'all fellow farmers!

I've been working on No Man's Land, and found some rocks in the middle where I want to have my fields. Is there a way to remove those rocks?

Just to the north of the shop is 2 sign posts, cut one with a chainsaw and saw good bye to every rock on the map, cut the other and say the same for trees.

Take note you have to buy the plot first and the changes are really really permanent to the whole map.
