Not yet, and I think I will be ok. I'm still 150+ off the limit. But I'll need to upgrade some tractors and I might go more green than I am currently. Who knows?

If I would have just stuck to being a crop farmer, I wouldn't be close. But to take care of animals you need bunches of things and they all use slots. Cow barn took up 16 slots. Mixer Wagon, Silo, hay chopper, corn chopper, silage bunk, baler, rake, tedder... The list goes on.

And if your like me you have a work truck and then a " might have a little mud on my wheels, but they gonna shine when you up inside" truck. I'm still crop farming with small non green equipment so I'm only at 700 slots.....soon to be 1200 with all the recent goodies. I'm still loving this map!!

My 5 tractors are the AGCO Field Boss, John Deere 4440, John Deere 8960, Allis Agco 8550, and and Orange 89** 2wd Deutz Allis. I run the flatbed pickup and the F150 with service bed to refill fuel on equipment. I got a Case 2166 axial flow, and two semis at the moment. That tractor lineup is keeping my slots lower than if I ran all Deere. Jullian F saved my farm. lol.

So, how much land is too much? Eyeing that patch north of Field 34- looks like it would make a good sized field. Sliding into late autumn, and I could pull hay off it and then plow for spring planting. The whole Hay Baron thing doesn't work so well in Seasons, so I'd probably just plant something else...

@Steve, your too late! I already bought all that land (all three parcels) and put a wheat crop there, lol. I’ve been trying to by all the land on the north end of the map, currently. Then I am connecting them to the main farm through paths in the woods. I’m smiling just thinking about how cool this map is.

I'm with you. I have all of those fields as well with a lot of it in hay, and I'm still trying to find a good way to manage it. I've got 80 bales sitting on Pavelli trailers in the brown shed, but I after I sell through think I might start siloing it and use the Lizard combo baler when it's time to sell.

@bigsuirlife
There are no bugs related to plowing on the map.
It may be a mod conflict if you use mods.
Make sure plowing is on in your game options.
I hope this helps.
