It is dependent what you expect. If wish mow the grass twice a year or have constantly grass you don't need. If you want sow there something else, plough or cultivation is necessary.

Yes, I need only grass, always. But I have the plough activated (in game menu) and the grass fields are red...

The fields could be red because Ph is not properly or nitrogen. In which game menue the fields are red.
In general if you wish to have constantly grass on this fields you don't need plough maybe once for couple years but I'm not sure about this. But you need feed the grass.

Nitrogen? No, I only play with seasons, not precision farming... So, I must to plough the grass... What do you mean with feed the grass?

You need spread fertilize or slurry or manure.

No you only need to plow after certain crops, grass isn’t one of them

If you plow it and re seed it, it will never turn red again otherwise I would say just deal with it. Though in that situation you might be taking the yield penalty
